CertificateWatch assists in the monitoring of sustainability certificates (e.g. ISCC, REDcert, NIS) and provides information and alerts regarding certificate status and validity.

2. Data Sources & Processing

Certificate data is obtained from publicly available sources, linked documents, and/or manual user inputs. Sources may change at any time; automated data retrieval may fail, be delayed, or produce outdated results.

3. No Warranty / Provided "As Is"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CertificateWatch makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of the information provided. The original sources and certificate documents always prevail.

4. Customer Verification

Customers are solely responsible for verifying any critical decisions based on the original sources and/or certificate documents. CertificateWatch serves as a monitoring aid and does not replace independent verification.

5. No Legal or Compliance Advice

The service does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. It does not replace a professional legal or compliance review.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CertificateWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury) remains unaffected.

7. Changes to the Service

CertificateWatch may evolve over time. Features, scope, and functionality may be added, modified, or removed. We will endeavor to communicate material changes in a timely manner.
