Adding Certificates
Automatic Search
Enter an ISCC or REDcert certificate number. CertificateWatch automatically searches official databases and imports status, validity date, and metadata.
Manual Entry (NIS)
NIS certificates and other proofs that cannot be automatically verified can be manually captured with expiration date and status.
Bulk Import (CSV/TXT)
Import up to 100 certificate numbers at once via file upload. Each line is automatically checked and the result status displayed.
Lists & Collaboration
Organize Lists
Create any number of lists (e.g., by supplier, region, or certificate type) and flexibly assign certificates.
Organization-wide Sharing
All certificates and lists belong to the organization — every team member has the same overview without manual sharing.
Move Certificates
Certificates can be moved between lists at any time to match your workflow.
Status & Validity
Status Badges
Color-coded badges show the current status at a glance: valid (green), suspended (orange), withdrawn (red).
Validity Bar
A visual progress bar shows remaining validity in days. Color changes when less than 60 days remain.
Last Check
For each automatically checked certificate, see when the last successful verification took place.
Automatic Checks
Daily Cron Job
Once daily, all ISCC and REDcert certificates are automatically checked against official sources. Changes are captured immediately.
Recheck All
In addition to the cron job, you can trigger a manual check of all certificates at any time — with real-time progress display.
Cron Logs
Detailed logs of each automatic run: checked certificates, error rates, affected sources.
Alerts & Notifications
Status Change Alerts
Receive an email as soon as a certificate's status changes — e.g., from "valid" to "suspended".
Expiry Warnings
Configurable warnings 30, 60, and 90 days before expiration. Enough lead time for renewal.
Spam Protection
At most one notification per 7 days per certificate. No duplicate alerts.
Logs & Audit
Activity Logs
All important actions are logged: who changed what and when? Complete traceability for your compliance team.
